  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery, where payment is due upon delivery).

  • We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and COD (within the UAE).

  • MyHareem reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across the UAE via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days depending on location.

  • Delays due to courier issues or public holidays are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery (conditions apply).
