Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work based on your purchase method:


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Repeated refusals or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of COD option on future orders.


Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, only if payment has not yet been made.

  • If you’ve already paid, the order cannot be cancelled but you may contact us to discuss refund eligibility (as per Return Policy).


Pre-Booking Orders

  • Pre-booked orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations are not accepted since we begin sourcing from Pakistan.

  • If a pre-booked item is delayed beyond 10 days, you may request a refund or store credit.
