Cancellation policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work based on your purchase method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Repeated refusals or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of COD option on future orders.
Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, only if payment has not yet been made.

If you’ve already paid, the order cannot be cancelled but you may contact us to discuss refund eligibility (as per Return Policy).
Pre-Booking Orders

Pre-booked orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, cancellations are not accepted since we begin sourcing from Pakistan.

If a pre-booked item is delayed beyond 10 days, you may request a refund or store credit.
