Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for UAE orders.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.

❌ We do not accept returns on:

  • Stitched or customized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery, we will issue a refund voucher or transfer to your UAE bank account.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, kindly return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
