Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the UAE, with plans to expand internationally soon.

Processing Time:

Stitched - Processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Unstitched - May require an additional 2-3 business days for preparation and finishing.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is received, we will reach out to you by email or WhatsApp. From there, you will be updated on your product(s).

Returns & Exchange Policy

Unstitched Suits

Due to the nature of unstitched fabrics, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

Stitched Suits

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

How to Request an Exchange:
  • Email us at myhareemfashion@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, product details, and the reason for exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us at myhareemfashion@gmail.com with photos and details within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.
